Arrivals, Cancellations & Other Considerations
As we are a medical spa, we will require all new clients to fill out a new patient information form. On your first visit, please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time.
A late arrival will deprive you of your treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so that other client’s sessions can begin on time.
As our reserved appointments are held exclusively for you, we request a 24 hr cancellation notice. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charge a $500.00 fee for holding the room and the specialist’s time.
With some of our medically based treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is available and can be applied 20 minutes before your treatments. Please notify the front desk upon arrival if you would like this option.
Lift Md aesthetics accepts cash, visa, mastercard and american express.
The standard consultation fee is $500. Please call our office for details.
